RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please follow the return & exchange procedures below:
Online orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Jewelry, discounted/sale merchandise & apothecary items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.  
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if: 1) We receive your return after 14 days of purchase 2) The items have any signs of wear, alterations, or damage. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
